Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.
How orders ship
Most orders ship within 24 hours. We ship via UPS, and overnight shipping is available; please call for availability. Large freight orders will take extra time, and we will give you an estimate of when your order will ship.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is $25.00, not including shipping.
Damaged shipments
If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know as quickly as possible and send us pictures of the damage.
Special orders
Special order items are non-refundable.
Pickup
Orders can be picked up at 1260 Goodale Blvd., Columbus, Ohio, during counter hours, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Counter hours are subject to change, and we close at 12:00 pm the day before a major holiday. Please call ahead so your order is ready when you arrive. See Contact us for all of our hours.
Sales tax
Ohio sales tax is charged on orders delivered in Ohio, based on the delivery address. Pickup orders are taxed at the Franklin County rate. Tax-exempt customers should send us their exemption certificate before ordering.
